Bright and quiet hotel with attentive service. Functional new-fashioned rooms with bathroom, a modern interior and a bar, very welcoming stuff.

Overall had very enjoyable stay for business trip. A nice size rooms with comfy bed, felt like home. An iron, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk were all available. It was in a comfortable location so close to the race course.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station, making it easy to get into Liverpool city centre. It's also just outside of town with easy public transport options if you prefer. Additionally, it's very close to the beach, perfect for those looking for a seaside escape. The rooms have a modern interior with a comfy bed and all the necessary facilities, including a walk-in shower. The attention to detail in the decor is impressive, with LED strip lights behind the bed adding a touch of luxury.

I didn't want to leave, spent comfortable time and recommend. I liked this small hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The service was accommodating in my opinion. I could park the car onsite. The location was easy, on Crosby beach, in the nice enough area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Stamps Too.

We stayed at a hotel with a drab exterior, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern rooms. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room had ample storage and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was tasty. The location was convenient for accessing the places we wanted to visit, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The 'welcome' pack provided was out of date.

We had a high-class and new-fashioned room, also there were a multi-channel TV, a coffeemaker and ironing facilities. The location was easy, for example, Plaza Cinema was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The whole experience was pleasant, nothing too much trouble, would recommend. Everything was fine - central location and attentive service. High standard rooms with walk in shower, a bar, modern bathrooms, felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and the team was pleasant!
